Our experienced veterinary and technical staff oversight ensures the success of your research. The CBSET facility includes 20,000 square feet of housing and has been completely designed to meet all GLP specifications, including, but not limited to environmental lighting systems, temperature and humidity control, controlled water systems, and stainless steel modular housing units. We provide short-term housing, as well as long-term housing at an approved off-site facility. The CBSET facility also includes additional small and large animal procedure spaces on site.

CBSET sets the precedent in multispecies facilities, with accomodations for swine, sheep, calves, rabbits and rodents (mice and rats). Not only has our facility received full AAALAC accreditation, but both FDA and USDA audits have resulted in no findings. CBSET’s attentive veterinary staff act in accordance to an internally governed Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), as well as with strict adherence to the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) and standards as set by OLAW and the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
